Shae Rozzi
Emcee
Shae Rozzi is an award-winning journalist who co-anchors FOX23 News at 5, 6, 9, and 10 pm with Sara Whaley. She also focuses on investigative reporting and mentoring younger journalists in the newsroom. She came to FOX23 in 2013 from WSB-TV in Atlanta. Shae grew up in Virginia and is a proud graduate of Virginia Tech. She started her reporting career in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, followed by two years in Roanoke, Virginia, and nearly 12 years in Raleigh, North Carolina, before her brief stint in Atlanta promoted her to Evening Anchor in Tulsa.
Shae and the FOX23 News Team have been honored with a prestigious National Edward R. Morrow Award, and she has won multiple regional Emmy Awards in her ten years here. Shae is a proud member of the Salvation Army Women's Auxiliary and believes in giving back to the community by supporting several organizations, including the Tulsa Area Salvation Army, the Oklahoma chapter of the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society Oklahoma, and the American Parkinson's Disease Association.
Jeff Mancini
Ship Premier Logistics, LLC., President
Jeff Mancini has over 40 years of logistics, transportation, and supply chain experience since he first stepped foot on a moving truck in 1981. Jeff has extensive hands-on experience in many facets; FTL in different modes, LTL, warehousing, cross-docking, storage, rail, and foreign trade zone/international.
Jeff is also instrumental in participating in a state-funded workforce grant to endorse supply chain, logistics, and transportation to the student population and working adults to drive interest in our industry. As the president of Ship Premier Logistics, LLC., his work has moved the supply chain and logistics industry in Oklahoma forward.
Kevin Hern
U.S. Representative
Kevin Hern was born on an Air Force Base and gained an early appreciation for military families' sacrifices. He earned an Architectural Drafting Certificate at a Career Technology school in high school, which he used to pay for his Engineering degree. Later, he earned his MBA and worked as an Aerospace Engineer for Rockwell International until the Space Shuttle Challenger disaster caused him to become unemployed. He then began saving to purchase his first McDonald's Restaurant by starting and operating small business ventures.
By 1997, he sold the farm to buy his first McDonald's restaurant in North Little Rock, Arkansas, and owned 24 McDonald's restaurants. He has also been an entrepreneur in banking, manufacturing, real estate development, multiple technology companies, and sports publishing. He was sworn into Congress in 2018 and lives in Tulsa with his wife Tammy and their three children and two grandchildren. He is a member of the Church at Battle Creek.
Allison D. Garrett
Chancellor, Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education
Garrett is responsible for the Oklahoma State System of Higher Education, comprising 25 state colleges and universities, 11 constituent agencies, one university center, and independent colleges and universities coordinated with the state system.
Her responsibilities include setting standards for Oklahoma higher education, budget allocations for institutions, fees and tuition, and strategic planning. She additionally leads the Oklahoma College Assistance Program, OneNet, and 20 statewide scholarship programs and serves as an Oklahoma designee to the Southern Regional Education Board.
Jonathan Chang
District Manager, Expeditors International (Tulsa/OKC)
Jonathan began his career at Expeditors Dallas in 2004 and has grown his experience to include roles such as Regional Account Manager, Order Management, Import and Export Transportation Manager, and most recently, in 2020, District Manager in Tulsa for Expeditors International.
He is a proud Aggie, having earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Texas A&M University, and has further certifications in economics and IATA/FIATA. With nearly 20 years of experience, Jonathan has developed a deep knowledge and passion for the industry.
Chad Mariska
Secretary of Commerce and Workforce Development, Oklahoma
Chad Mariska is the current Secretary of Commerce and Workforce Development for Oklahoma. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing 30 agencies, growing the state's economy and workforce, and serving on the Governor's Cabinet. Chad is also the President of Mariska Family Holdings, a diversified investment company, and Trustee of Mariska Family Foundation, a private charitable trust.
In addition, he is an Entrepreneurship Fellow in the College of Business at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Trustee at the University of Nebraska Foundation. Chad is formerly the Chair, CEO, and President of fire protection company APS FireCo Holdings Company and has been featured in Oklahoma Magazine's 40 Under 40 recognizing the top young leaders in Oklahoma.
Sharon Harrison, EdD
Director, Workforce and Community Partnerships OMA
Sharon is a highly experienced professional, having worked in training and development, consulting, and workforce and community partnerships for over 20 years. She is a native of Northern Ireland and has held positions in the US and the UK, focusing on management development, employee retention, registered apprenticeship programs, and customer service.
In July 2019, she founded Harrison Consulting, a Workforce and Training company, and is currently contracted to facilitate the Oklahoma Manufacturing Alliance's workforce strategies. Additionally, Sharon holds a Doctorate from the University of Glasgow, focusing on the manufacturing workforce, skill development, and future skills.
Kyle Hughey
District Manager, Fastenal
Kyle Hughey is a District Manager for Fastenal, a global leader in industrial and construction supply chain solutions and distribution. He began his career at Fastenal in 2007 in Muskogee, Oklahoma, as a part-time Supply Chain Associate while attending Northeastern State University. Throughout his career, he has held various positions, including Outside Sales Representative and General Manager, and has been in his current role since 2015.
Kyle credits his career growth to finding and working with great people and partnering with customers who share similar values and goals in the supply chain world. He currently manages 24 business units in the Tulsa Metro and Southern Oklahoma markets.
